Damien, the editor, and Edward, the author, are spending a weekend at the cottage in an attempt to put the finishing touches on Edward's novel. They enjoy the stillness of nature in the hopes of opening their minds to new pathways of creativity. Although both Damien and Edward strive to achieve the goal of completing and publishing the novel, a much deeper struggle makes itself evident... one of purpose and identity.
